Delete your Pic Jar account

App: Pic Jar (com.picjar.app), developed by UseFull Apps.

You can permanently delete your Pic Jar account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Pic Jar and sign in.
2. Tap your account icon in the top-right of the Events screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — by email

If you can't access the app, email usefullaps@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We action these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (Google-linked login).
• Every event you created, including all of its photos and videos, its member list, and its invite code.
• All photos and videos you added to events created by other people, plus your membership in those events.
• Your stored notification (device) tokens.

What may remain

Photos and videos that other members added to a shared event are not yours to delete and stay in that event. Routine backups and server logs may retain residual copies for a short period before they expire. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
